Job summary

The Florida Department of Military Affairs is seeking a skilled Master Planner/Analyst to support MILCON and SRM projects and maintain long-range construction plans across the State. You will track, document, and coordinate facility planning efforts for National Guard sites.

Responsibilities include data analysis, programming documentation, and liaison with Federal and State partners to ensure project alignment with strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Master Planner Supervisor with MILCON and SRM project tracking and development in PRIDE.
• Maintain the LRCP and long-range construction plans.
• Research data, analyze findings, and propose solutions or alternatives.
• Prepare programming documents (DD 1390/91, 420R).
• Identify unit requirements based on NGB Pam 415-12.
• Evaluate mission requirements and write justifications for changes in criteria.
