Booz Allen is seeking an experienced Security Program Manager to coordinate site security programs, including physical protection, access control, visitor management, and emergency procedures.

You will lead development and maintenance of security plans, conduct assessments, train staff, and oversee incident response, audits, and personnel performance to meet ICD-705 and DoDM requirements.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of MILCON site experience including DOS construction sites.
• 7+ years as an active Construction Surveillance Technician.
• 2+ years as Site Security Coordinator or DSSM.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate site-level security programs and emergency procedures.
• Develop, implement and maintain security plans and SOPs.
• Conduct site security assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Provide security training and maintain personnel records.
• Oversee incident reporting, response, and after-action documentation.
• Supervise security staff and ensure policy compliance.
