Job summary

North Wind Design is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all security operations for MILCON construction sites across multiple locations. You will lead on-site security efforts, coordinate with the Site Security Officer, accreditation authorities, and government partners to ensure compliant, secure project execution.

The role demands strong knowledge of physical and information security, with extensive experience in construction security programs and a proven ability to manage security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in security, force protection, or physical security.
• 5+ years supporting DoD/IC/MILCON projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all security operations for MILCON construction sites.
• Develop and maintain site security plans and procedures.
• Manage site access control, visitor management, and badging processes.
• Supervise Construction Security Technicians and escorts.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and site procedures.
• Coordinate with government security personnel and accreditation authorities.
• Support SCIF construction, renovation, and accreditation.
• Prepare security documentation and reports.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
