Job summary

You will standardize processes, develop CSSO/CPSO/FSO staff, and coordinate with government sponsors and Booz Allen leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in secure facilities construction and security programs.
• Able to simplify complex workflows and drive transformational change.
• Experience with the construction project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, TEMPEST, and 32 CFR Part 117.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, build, test and accreditation.
• Interpret and review architectural, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage drawings.
• Influence senior stakeholders across government sponsors and leadership.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS locations up to 25%.
• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of secure space solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of SCIFs, SAPFs, and DoD spaces with cross-agency requirements.
• Drive standardization of artifacts and processes across the security workforce.
• Develop CSSO, CPSO, and FSO staff under industrial and program security guidelines.
• Collaborate with Booz Allen leadership, sponsors, and program managers.
