Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial security or secure space construction management, including ICD 705, TEMPEST, and 32 CFR Part 117.
• Experience leading CSP enforcement, design or security reviews, commissioning, and accreditation documentation (FFCs, CSPs, SOPs, as-built designs).
• Knowledge of security hardware, access control, acoustic or RF mitigations, and physical security standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security documentation such as logs, inspection evidence, milestone photos, RFIs, and changes; prepare SOPs and emergency plans for operations readiness.
• Liaise with DoD and IC counterparts to stay informed of requirements and facilitate construction or accreditation efforts of secure spaces.
• Coordinate with corporate security, GSOC, and program teams to capture secure space requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments across preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases and provide cost-saving compliance recommendations.
