Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of complex government facilities projects in support of IC missions. You will coordinate design through construction, serve as a liaison to senior leadership, and ensure secure, efficient facilities outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities PM, knowledge of ICD 705 SCIF requirements, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with a bachelor’s degree as a baseline qualification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities project management from design to post construction.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 SCIF requirements.
• Ability to manage the execution of a facilities project from design through construction closeout.
• Ability to provide status updates to senior leadership.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria.
• Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management for sensitive missions.
• Perform complex activities related to cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.
• Prepare and review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility.
• Advise IC community clients in developing plans and programs responsive to portfolio and space requirements.
• Recommend planning, design, and construction standards and milestones.
