Qualifications

Over 12 years leading large-scale infrastructure and cloud migration programs.
Experience migrating from Azure Stack Hub to Azure and Azure Local.
Strong expertise in IAM, automation, and migration architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead migration architecture, planning, and execution for hybrid cloud environments.
Assess migration readiness, risks, dependencies, and remediation needs.
Define strategies for compute, storage, networking, identity, security, DR and monitoring.
Conduct discovery workshops and review runbooks, rollback plans, and readiness.
Validate automation, PowerShell scripts, and deployment frameworks.
Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Account Teams, CSA, and Support.
Develop technical docs, best practices, and reusable engineering assets.
