JPMorganChase in the Midwest seeks a Corporate Communications - Senior Associate to craft and execute communications strategies within brand guidelines, publishing newsletters, emails, intranet articles and digital signs. The role supports campus events and community initiatives, and may assist with crisis communications as needed.

The position covers corporate centers in Chicago and Columbus and markets across the Midwest, demanding strong writing, executive presence and disciplined program

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications.
• Strong executive presence and experience working with and counseling senior leaders.
• Excellent writer with a background in journalism or similar role.
• Strong project management skills for complex projects.
• Skilled interviewer to extract needed information for clear communications.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with ability to pitch ideas and solve problems.
• Ability to cultivate relationships in a large organization.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Occasional travel to corporate centers may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute communications strategies within brand guidelines and best practices.
• Research, develop and write internal communications for location-specific channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, location managers, real estate teams, stakeholders and external colleagues.
