Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Auto division seeks a Senior Associate to shape internal narratives and drive executive communications. You will craft messages for senior leaders, design editorial plans, and tell human-centered stories across Retail & Consumer, Private Label, and Commercial Solutions.

A strong background in writing, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will partner to advance business goals, manage channels, and measure impact while exploring AI-enabled tools to

Qualifications

5+ years of internal, corporate and/or executive communications experience
Experience developing executive-level messages and advising senior management
Experience working with C-suite executives
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging communications
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Finalists may be tested on strategic thinking and editing skills

Responsibilities

Support senior executives with communications needs (messages, presentations, town halls, announcements, speaking engagements, LinkedIn content)
Create and execute strategic communications plans with channels and editorial calendars
Identify and tell human-centered stories that connect with Auto Finance audiences
Partner with internal/external teams to drive innovation in communications
Stay current with emerging communication methods and AI-enabled tools
