Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in external communications.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI/LLM tools.
• Experience with media relations and executive communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic communications counsel to senior executives across Global Research, Markets, and Securities Services.
• Develop proactive media relations campaigns supporting business priorities and thought leadership.
• Manage reactive media inquiries during market events and crises.
• Build relationships with top-tier financial media to drive coverage and elevate the firm’s profile.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and stakeholders to ensure compliant communications.
