JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Communications Executive Director in US Wealth Management to lead strategic corporate communications, influence senior leaders, and drive high-performance teams. You will partner with the Head of Communications and Content to counsel the CEO and manage external media campaigns, executive visibility, and employee engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a communications/PR role.
• Ability to develop cohesive communication strategies for key audiences.
• Experience distilling data and financial info, drafting talking points and slides for senior leaders.
• Excellent writing/editing and ability to influence C-suite leaders.
• Proven success in proactive media relations and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive communications strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Serve as strategic communications counsel to the Wealth Management CEO.
• Define external media relations, PR campaigns, executive visibility, events.
• Create and execute campaigns to raise brand visibility and consideration.
• Develop executive comms to support business objectives and employee engagement.
• Plan and execute internal comms: town halls, offsites, events.
• Oversee agency management for campaigns and measurement.
• Protect and enhance the firm's reputation externally and internally.
• Coordinate messaging with Field Communications for consistency.
