Job summary

Phillips 66 Midstream seeks a Project Manager III, Midstream Large Projects to lead capital initiatives from planning through commissioning, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.

You will optimize project delivery, manage internal and external resources, and ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets across pipelines, processing facilities and terminals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management within midstream oil & gas, energy infrastructure, or related industry.
• Experience managing engineering and construction contractors.
• PMP certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to project sites and engineering offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple capital projects (up to $100MM) from funding through commissioning.
• Define project scope and develop cost estimates, schedules, risk evaluations and execution plans.
• Champion safety, quality, schedule and cost performance.
