Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks a Project Engineer to lead the engineering, design, construction and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities. You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

The role supports multiple locations including Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Casper, WY; Artesia, NM; and Tulsa, OK, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in pipelines, terminals, or related facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of pipelines and terminal facilities.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Produce and review engineering drawings, calculations, and equipment specifications.
• Integrate instrumentation, controls, SCADA, leak-detection systems, and operational data.
