HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple capital and expense pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion. Location options include Artesia, NM; Dallas, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Midland, TX; Cheyenne, WY; Casper, WY; and Tulsa, OK.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs, determine scope, risks and objectives.
• Analyze economics and ROI for projects.
• Prepare project charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
