Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks a Project Engineer to lead the engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities across multiple locations including Casper, WY. The role provides technical leadership across the full project lifecycle to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Required eight years of progressive pipeline experience, PE registration preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred.
• Experience: eight+ years in pipelines, terminals or petrochemical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of pipelines and facilities across full lifecycle.
• Manage EPC firms, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Support regulatory compliance and safety reviews (PHA/HAZOP, MOC, PSSR).
