• Drive profitable growth through proactive sales leadership with brokers and agents, shaping demand and converting pipeline into quality bound business.
• Lead strategic broker and agency relationships with field presence to influence placement decisions and position The Hartford as a preferred market.
• Protect and improve portfolio profitability and long-term performance through strategic ownership and portfolio steering.
• Deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted growth by structuring, pricing, and negotiating risks with disciplined judgment.
• Improve growth, retention, and portfolio quality by analyzing agency and portfolio performance and adjusting underwriting priorities.
• Execute territory and agency sales strategies to drive pipeline health, new business flow, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Apply underwriting governance with strong guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Enhance enterprise value by coordinating across Risk Engineering, Claims, Sales, and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Communicate concisely and professionally, summarizing risks and account details.
• Integrate AI insights into underwriting judgment to sharpen speed and quality of decisions.
