Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in Commercial, Corporate, Leveraged, or investment banking credit.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credits.
• Prepares credit materials and discusses with Credit Officer and final approvers.
• Analyzes financial statements and risks for client portfolios.
• Serves as client and internal contact; mentors associates.
