Job summary

Truist seeks a Middle Market Credit Delivery Associate to analyze complex credit requests, assist in underwriting, and support portfolio risk management. You will coordinate with leaders, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to prudent credit decisions in a fast-paced environment.

From the outset, you will engage in financial statement reviews, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Relationship Managers and Credit partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance-related field.
• 2-4+ years in Commercial/Corporate/Leveraged/Investment Banking or credit-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication for credit analyses and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credit relationships.
• Ensures loan documents align with approvals and mitigates issues with RM.
• Analyzes financial statements and documents client performance and risk.
• Maintains risk metrics within prescribed tolerances and supports portfolio risk.
• Serves as client/internal point of contact and mentors junior staff.
