Job summary

Canary Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Mid-Market Implementation Manager to own onboarding and go-live for complex hotel and hotel-group clients. You will manage multiple deployments in parallel, configure systems, and drive product adoption in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

In this high-visibility role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, handle senior stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities while maintaining timelines and ensuring a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication abilities and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of concurrent implementations and delivering to go-live on time.
• Charisma with a consultative mindset to drive adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for a portfolio of mid-market and multi-property clients, running deployments in parallel.
• Configure and deploy Canary's full product suite across properties, including complex configurations.
• Lead integrations to PMS, payment, and other platforms; coordinate internal and external teams.
• Establish mutual success criteria and deployment plan; drive product adoption to meet goals.
• Manage senior and multi-stakeholder relationships and drive go-live momentum.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to unblock issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
