Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Implementation Manager to own onboarding and go-live for complex hotel clients. You will manage multiple deployments in parallel, coordinating with PMS, payment, and other platforms while driving adoption and expansion.

You will work with senior hotel operators, set mutual success criteria up front, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven experience in account management or customer success, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Track record managing a portfolio of concurrent implementations to go-live.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Interest in hospitality or travel tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for a portfolio of mid-market clients, from kickoff to go-live and adoption.
• Configure and deploy Canary's product suite to varied hotel setups and portfolios.
• Lead integrations with PMS, payment, and third-party platforms; coordinate internal and external teams.
• Establish mutual success criteria and a deployment plan with customers.
• Manage senior relationships, reset expectations, and prevent escalations.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding with Sales and Customer Success.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to unblock issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Track milestones, risks, and portfolio health; forecast go-live timing.
• Support handoff to long-term account management with Customer Success.
