Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Senior Microsoft Security Consultant within Professional Services to advise on identity management and workplace security for enterprise and public sector clients. You will lead delivery teams, guide technical staff, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to implement scalable security solutions.

You will pursue certifications and stay current with cloud security trends while engaging in high-visibility, customer-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years in related industry experience.
• Updated certifications: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and technical teams on identity management and workplace security projects.
• Consult with enterprise and public sector clients to design, implement, and optimize security solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver a detailed Statement of Work.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians and share best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft security products and trends.
