Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in a client-facing professional services role or 10+ years of related senior experience.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in CS/IT preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.
• Updated Microsoft security certifications (Security Operations Analyst Associate, Security Administrator Associate).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Lead Identity Management and Workplace Security engagements, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, and training.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams per contract SLAs.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers and Technicians, guiding technical and soft skills for success.
• Advise on, implement, and manage complex solution deployments for clients as a technical expert.
