Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing professional services
• Updated Certifications: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for identity management and endpoint security deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot security solutions per SLAs.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Work with architects, engineers, and project managers on Statements of Work.
