Job summary

Coretek is seeking a Level 3 Managed Services Engineer with a Microsoft focus to deliver advanced technical support for Microsoft-based systems and optimize IT infrastructure. You will manage Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related products, while mentoring junior teams and contributing to project work.

The role requires hands-on experience with the technologies listed, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional technology certifications (MCSE) required.
• Strong hands-on experience with the technologies referenced in the responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for client interaction.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and time-management abilities.
• Leadership experience in a Managed Services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft-based systems, including AD, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex device enrollment, onboarding, provisioning, and performance issues.
• Perform system administration tasks: configuration, patch management, and upgrades.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft environments.
• Collaborate with Level 1/2 support to resolve issues and assist L4 Consulting on projects.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for a knowledge base.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and best practices to improve service delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional technology certifications (MCSE)
