Amentum is seeking a Senior Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure in a government contractor environment. The role demands deep technical expertise across AD, Exchange, SQL Server, backup, and Cisco networking.

• 10+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• 7+ years of systems engineering in a Microsoft enterprise environment.
• Experience securing and maintaining Microsoft environments with STIGs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation and audit artifacts.
• Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, backup platforms, and Cisco network infrastructure.
• Create secure baseline configurations and maintain compliance through assessments and monitoring.
• Document processes and system artifacts for internal and customer review.
• Manage enterprise patching and maintenance and support POA&Ms and risk reduction.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity through backups and restores.
• Mentor junior administrators and serve as senior escalation resource.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, networking, database, server, and management teams.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, available, properly documented, and compliant.
