Pinnacle Business Systems, including the Silika division, seeks a skilled Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, implement, migrate, secure, and optimize Microsoft cloud environments. You will lead customer workshops and drive Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and security solutions across sectors.

The role emphasizes migration planning, governance reviews, and modern workplace security, with opportunities to shape cloud strategies and deliver complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft cloud engineering and consulting.
• Ability to design, implement, migrate, and secure Microsoft cloud environments.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical projects and workshops.
• Knowledge of GCC/GCCH environments and CMMC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 environments for diverse customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, develop migration strategies, and deliver solutions.
• Implement Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender technologies.
• Plan and execute tenant migrations and hybrid/tenant-to-tenant projects.
