Job summary

Phoenix Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a Cloud Delivery Engineer to lead design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID services. You will set security baselines, automate with PowerShell, and drive global projects in a regulated environment.

You will mentor engineers, create runbooks, and collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure data residency and protection for client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems required.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong expertise with Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience building and managing Intune-based endpoint management at scale.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Intune policies for MAM and MDM across BYOD and corporate devices.
• Manage Intune for iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise deployments.
• Define and enforce mobile data protection and app protection policies.
• Ensure secure hybrid BYOD access with Conditional Access and App Protection.
• Coordinate with Information Security and Compliance teams on data residency and safeguards.
• Mentor junior engineers and support incident resolution for Microsoft 365/Azure services.
