Job summary

Silika, a division of Pinnacle Business Systems, seeks a Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, implement, migrate, secure, and optimize Microsoft cloud environments for diverse customers. You will lead technical discovery sessions, develop migration strategies, and deliver Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and security solutions.

Ideal candidates are consultant-level engineers who enjoy customer interaction, project leadership, and delivering modern cloud security initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud consulting experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical projects and workshops.
• Experience performing Microsoft 365 assessments and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Lead tenant assessments and develop migration runbooks.
• Configure and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Review licensing, governance, compliance, and security configurations.
• Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements.
