Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of related systems engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven proficiency in all supported products with the ability to resolve high-complexity problems.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to install and support high-end systems efficiently and reliably.
- Experience with Office 365, Azure, Microsoft servers and networks.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, migrate, and support advanced Microsoft cloud, virtualization, identity, backup and recovery, and data center solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using Azure, 365, Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Veeam.
- Lead architecture planning, migration, and scheduling of cloud/data center projects.
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and escalation support to internal teams and customers.
- Offer pre-sales technical assistance including solution design and BOM development.
- Guide CB20’s engineering and support teams with technical leadership.
