Job summary

cb20 is seeking a Systems Engineer to support post-sales connectivity and high-end systems services. You will install, configure, and support solutions, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with cb20 teams. Expect design input, customer-facing presentations, and ongoing technical leadership.

Candidates should have 7+ years in system engineering, strong MS365/Azure expertise, and a background in servers, SANs, switching, and security. Travel may be required to support clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in all supported products and the ability to resolve problems of the highest complexity.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient at installing and supporting high-end systems solutions efficiently and reliably.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Must maintain certification and demonstrate an elevated level of competence on software and hardware as defined by management.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and support of advanced systems solutions.
• Design and scheduling of advanced systems solutions.
• Provide high level technical assistance to internal and external clients.
• Training or provide technical advice to customers and personnel as needed.
• Influence customer satisfaction through problem resolutions and follow-up.
• Plan and direct own activities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain technical competence by staying current with technology.
• Assist in development of professional services offerings related to Microsoft cloud products.
• Provide guidance to cb20’s Customer Support Center.
