Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required.
10+ years of professional software or enterprise application development, including Microsoft 365 delivery.
Advanced experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Graph, API integration, and lifecycle management.
Practical Azure integration, cloud security, monitoring, deployment, testing, and documentation.
Preferred: Copilot Studio, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions experience.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online solutions and integrations.
Modernize legacy Microsoft 365 solutions with maintainable architecture.
Develop custom components and integrations (SPFx, React, TypeScript, Graph, Azure).
Design, test, secure, and improve Copilot Studio agents and AI employee experiences.
Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, and technical estimation.
Mentor developers to promote reusable patterns and secure delivery.
Communicate with stakeholders and produce high-quality architecture and deployment docs.
