Enlyte is seeking a senior engineer to build and modernize business-facing Microsoft 365 solutions, accelerating productivity and automation across the organization. You will lead design, development, and governance for scalable SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Graph integrations, partnering with operations for smooth handoffs.

You’ll mentor developers, drive adoption, and deliver secure, maintainable architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
10+ years of professional software or enterprise application development experience.
Advanced experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, secure API integration, source control, and ALM.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint Online solutions, reusable components, secure integrations, and automation patterns.
Modernize legacy SharePoint or Microsoft 365 solutions using maintainable architectures.
Develop custom components and integrations with SPFx, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, secure APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Design, test, secure, and improve Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled employee experiences with adoption, accuracy, escalation, and risk control.
Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, technical estimation, risk identification, and implementation planning.
Mentor developers and promote reusable patterns while balancing speed, security, governance, and long-term supportability.
