Mitchell International is seeking a Senior Information Systems Engineer – Messaging Engineering. This remote, full-time role focuses on Microsoft 365 messaging, Exchange Online, and related collaboration services.

You will design, implement, and secure email delivery while leading migrations and integrations across a large enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain security controls, support incident response, and optimize the messaging platform for scalability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management roles.
• 10+ years with IAM solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM).
• 10+ years with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• 8+ years in networking, firewall, server, and cloud tech.
• 5+ years PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in complex enterprises with diverse auth requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead messaging engineering for Microsoft 365 messaging and Exchange Online.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve colleague experience.
• Maintain security, compliance controls, and risk reviews.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
• Manage mail routing, connectors, transport rules, and anti-spam.
• Support Teams integration and collaboration services.
• Lead messaging migrations and platform optimization initiatives.
• Support compliance, audits, and incident response for messaging.
