Job summary
City Enterprises is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect for a 4-month contract to lead and execute critical M365 initiatives across a multi-location enterprise.
This hands-on, execution-focused role requires configuring Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell automation, with governance and Zero Trust emphasis.
Hybrid in Franklin, TN (1–2 days/week) with remote options for highly qualified candidates; rate is $95–$140/hr, dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of total IT experience with 5–7+ years hands-on M365 architecture.
- Expert-level experience configuring Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell automation.
- Strong governance, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust implementation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex M365 issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Architect & execute enterprise M365 initiatives across a multi-location enterprise.
- Configure tenant optimizations, migrations, security enhancements, and identity management.
- Develop governance standards, conditional access strategies, and compliance controls.
- Document architectures and provide knowledge transfer to internal IT staff.
