Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an Office 365 Engineer for a hybrid role in Malvern, PA. You will support and engineer cloud-based productivity across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem within a modern enterprise environment.

The role focuses on administration, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and automation via PowerShell. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Exchange Online and email administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, authentication, and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Experience with Exchange Online and email administration
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, authentication, and access management
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
