Job summary

System One is seeking a SharePoint Admin with Microsoft 365 collaboration experience to support daily operations, stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365 technologies, L3 production support, incident/problem management, RCA, and ServiceNow collaboration in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office applications.
• Experience providing L3 operational support in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience monitoring platform health and performance.
• Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.
• Experience supporting production deployments, changes, and releases.
• Strong technical documentation experience.
• Experience analyzing operational trends and reports.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and stability of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Provide advanced L3 operational support and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office applications.
• Manage escalations, incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution.
• Monitor platform health, performance metrics, alerts, and operational dashboards.
• Support production deployments, changes, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Analyze trends and prepare operational reports.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and business teams.
