Zusammenfassung

Archer, in partnership with Vanguard, seeks a Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise collaboration services across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role requires coordinating security, identity, and end-user computing teams to ensure compliant, reliable, and high-performing platform services in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Eight years of related work experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IT with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft 365 architecture/unified communications.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, governance, identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and integrations.
• Strong communication and ability to lead in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain enterprise architecture for MS 365 and unified communications.
• Lead modernization initiatives and define future-state roadmaps.
• Implement advanced security configurations and governance policies (CA, Defender, DLP, MFA, Zero Trust).
• Develop runbooks and automation to streamline tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive incident resolution and RCA.
