Job summary

LISS Technologies in New York is seeking a Senior Professional Services Implementation Engineer to deliver client-facing implementation projects with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 migrations, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and network deployments.

The role combines senior technical execution with project management, documentation, and collaboration across project managers, client stakeholders, and vendors. Hybrid work is available; on-site client work will occur across Long Island and NYC areas.

• Senior technical resource capable of executing and delivering client-facing implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client-facing implementation projects (M365 migrations, tenant consolidations, infrastructure upgrades, network deployments).
• Configure, deploy, and support M365 technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and endpoint management.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and validation of network infrastructure (switches, APs, firewalls, VPN).
• Coordinate office move projects ensuring network connectivity and workstation readiness.
• Document configurations, procedures, and deployment outcomes in IT Glue; log work in HaloPSA.
