The onsite role at the Plainview, NY corporate office focuses on identity management, security governance, and efficient collaboration across 350+ professionals in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online environments.
• Implement IAM platform via Okta.
• Manage RBAC and access controls.
• Implement Conditional Access policies.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Enforce security and compliance policies.
• Support retention policies, eDiscovery, and information governance.
• Monitor security alerts and investigate incidents.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
