Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties in Plainview, NY, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage our cloud and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, reliable access for users and teams.

This onsite role emphasizes identity management, security, and automation using PowerShell, with Okta for IAM, RBAC and Conditional Access, and compliance alignment with NIST-CSF.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M365/Entra administration, strong cybersecurity fundamentals, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with IAM concepts including MFA and SAML.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST-CSF.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 endpoints with Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Implement and maintain IAM using Okta.
• Manage RBAC and Conditional Access policies.
• Maintain security policies and compliance processes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
