Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking an Engineer III Software (Microsoft 365) to hands-on operate, secure, and advance our M365 platform. You will design and deliver reliable collaboration services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

Lead migrations, automate provisioning, and implement security/compliance controls while partnering with stakeholders to scale solutions enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

5+ years administering Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online site architecture, permissions and governance.
Extensive experience with Exchange Online, mail flow, connectors, and hybrid deployments.
3+ years of PowerShell scripting and automation for M365.

Responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and optimize the Microsoft 365 platform across all core workloads.
Serve as senior SME for SharePoint Online with governance design.
Administer Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including mail flow and coexistence.
Lead migrations and hybrid configurations between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
