Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience securing Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, Intune, 365 security services).
• Experience implementing and managing identity security controls (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, Authentication Strengths, Zero Trust).
• Strong organization and attention to detail across concurrent work.
• Analytical, proactive problem solving; sound judgment when something doesn't look right.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and delegate when appropriate.
• Service-focused mindset and curiosity for continuous improvement in secure banking.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve Microsoft Entra security controls and Zero Trust architecture.
• Administer privileged access across the Microsoft ecosystem (Entra PIM, Access Reviews, Entitlement Management).
• Manage Defender security platforms (Defender for Endpoint/Office/Identity/Cloud Apps, Defender XDR).
• Lead Microsoft 365 security governance and data protection initiatives using Purview, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, Information Protection, and compliance controls.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Microsoft security technologies and provide strategic recommendations and best practices.
