EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to drive an enterprise-wide Copilot rollout.

You will lead technical workstreams, advise on design, and support core Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services during CET business hours with on-call rotation for P1/P2 incidents. You will configure Copilot settings, govern environments, provide L2/L3 support across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID, and develop automation scripts.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on enterprise Copilot deployment and governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Purview including labels, DLP and retention.
• SharePoint Advanced Management and oversharing remediation.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation and reporting.
• Ability to lead technical workstreams across Microsoft 365 & Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Premier/Unified Support engagement.
• Understanding ITIL incident, problem and change management practices.
• Strong documentation and end-user training experience.
• Fluent business English (B2+).
• Certifications MS-102, SC-401, SC-300 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Copilot rollout activities and governance.
• Lead Copilot Studio and agent governance; report usage and adoption.
• Govern data governance with Purview; configure sensitivity labels (DLP/retention).
• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant including licensing and health.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Escalation point for L1; perform deep-dive troubleshooting and RCA.
• Administer the Power Platform: environment strategy, licensing, CoE Starter Kit.
• Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripts for automation and reporting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Plan and deliver IT staff training; run end-user sessions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for Copilot and core services.
