Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Lead Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Copilot Administrator to govern and scale the firm's enterprise AI productivity platforms. This role covers Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and related services; strong governance, security, and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365/Power Platform administration experience.
Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, licensing and service health.
Governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, environments, DLP, licensing and capacity.
Strong Power Automate experience including cloud flows, connectors, troubleshooting and support.
Experience developing or supporting Copilot Studio agents.
Understanding of Dataverse, premium connectors, gateway administration and security.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services including Copilot Studio and licensing.
Design, build, support, and govern Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions.
Establish governance standards for environments, DLP, connectors, and lifecycle management.
Monitor usage, platform health, Copilot Credit, and cost trends.
Automate admin tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Partner with cybersecurity, risk, and business stakeholders to enable secure adoption.
Provide guidance and support for professional and citizen developers.
