Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is hiring for an assembly specialist in the United States. Qualifications

• At least 3 years in microelectronic/RF/semiconductor assembly.
• Experience with wire bonding, gap welding, die attach and epoxy attach.
• Ability to work under a microscope using small hand tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• US Person status required under export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical assembly support in a production environment to meet daily output goals.
• Build circuit card assemblies, including soldering SMT and through-hole parts and applying conformal coating.
• Follow production docs and keep detailed records of rework.
• Attend daily production meetings.
