Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a mechanical/solder assembler in production.
• Ability to use small hand tools and work under a microscope.
• Experience soldering small SMT and through-hole parts.
• IPC 610 familiarity or certification a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subsystems and perform hand soldering per IPC 610.
• Build circuit card assemblies including SMT and through-hole components.
• Apply conformal coating after soldering and follow production docs.
• Participate in daily production meetings and maintain records of rework.
