Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembler II to join our San Jose, CA facility. The role focuses on mechanical box builds, hand soldering per IPC 610, and supporting advanced microwave subsystems for missiles, radar, tuners, and synthesized sources.

You will work in a production environment building circuit card assemblies, soldering both surface mount and through-hole parts, applying conformal coating, and maintaining detailed records of rework and process adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a mechanical/solder assembler in a production environment.
• Experience using small hand tools and working under a microscope.
• Ability to solder surface mount and through-hole components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical subassemblies in a production setting.
• Solder surface mount and through-hole components and apply conformal coating after soldering.
• Follow production documentation and record rework accurately.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
