• Minimum of 5 years of food microbiology laboratory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and leadership ability.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of analysts and technicians to meet customer expectations.
• Train staff and maintain training records.
• Develop and validate new methods; oversee data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data quality.
• Provide technical guidance and act as a resource.
• Review final analytical data reports.
• Coordinate with QA, project managers, and clients.
