Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology required.
• Minimum 5 years of food microbiology laboratory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing of samples across the various laboratories.
• Overseeing a team of analysts and technicians to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct routine training of all laboratory staff and maintaining training records.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee development of new methods and SOPs.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and licensing compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with QA, sales, and project teams to address client needs.
