Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Microbiology Supervisor to provide technical oversight of analytical data and reports across the laboratory. You will lead analysts, validate methods, and collaborate with QA to ensure regulatory compliance and defensible results.

You will develop new test methods and SOPs, train staff, and coordinate with project teams to meet client expectations in environmental, food, and life science testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology required.
• Minimum 5 years of food microbiology laboratory experience.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts and technicians in daily production.
• Review data and final analytical reports for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and validate new methods and SOPs with QA collaboration.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and licensing requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance and address client needs with internal teams.
